Caution for Store:
The raising fillet should be kept in dry and well ventilated place, high above the ground with relative humidity of 45% below and room temp between 0℃～35℃. Away from heat and direct sunlight.
Binding of Raising Fillet:
Rainy day is bad for binding. Once opened, the raising fillet should be placed in the operation table. When binding, dry your hand before operation.
Before binding the raising fillet, the rollers should be well cleaned with sand paper and coated with coating with higher viscos it. When the coating is half dry, start binding of the new raising fillet.
Binding of raising fillet is dependant on varieties of fabrics and diameter of rollers thus proper tension is needed. Heavy hammer binding method is a best choice for tension control.
Recommended tension of raising fillet binding:
1) Roller diameter is bigger than φ70 or for heavy fabrics adopt binding tension of 250N.
2) Light fluffing fabrics (loop velvet fabrics) adopt binding tension of 100N.
The both end of the raising fillet should be fixed with screws. Space between the cleaning fillet and the raising fillet should be measured precisely.
